WHAT ARE THE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS?
Our events are for ages 18 and up. There are checks at the entrance. Body and bag checks also take place upon entry. We ask you to keep your bags and items as small and as few in number as otherwise the boarding will be prolonged and a punctual departure cannot be guaranteed.
IS THE TIME ON THE TICKET THE DEPARTURE TIME?
No, the time on the ticket is always the boarding time. However, please be patientzdem get there early enough as the departure is otherwise delayed.
WHERE EXACTLY IS DEPARTURE?
You can find all the information for your chosen city/event here . The exact pier location is listed there. All important information is also on the ticket.

There is no stopover and a stop is not possible for nautical reasons
CAN I DROP MY JACKET SOMEWHERE?
There is no cloakroom on board. You are welcome to leave your belongings anywhere on the ship.
WHAT HAPPENS TO OTHER DRINKS?
Unfortunately, no outside drinks or food are allowed and these will be confiscated without exception upon boarding until we dock again.
Persons who are too intoxicated may be denied entry to the event for security reasons

Unfortunately, we cannot easily wait for every guest and have to adhere to strict times for nautical reasons, among other things. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are a few minutes late, please write us a quick message on social media.

WILL THE EVENT TAKE PLACE DESPITE BAD WEATHER?
If bad weather is foreseeable, the organizer reserves the option of holding the event below deck.
CAN I PAY BY CARD ON BOARD?
The bars on board accept cash and card payments (except Alipay).
IS THERE FOOD ON BOARD?
You can find small snacks at our bars. Available while supplies last.
WHAT'S THE NOISE LIKE ON BOARD?
For noise reasons, the music may need to be turned down on short stretches of the route. This is at the captain's discretion. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this.
In nautical matters, the captain always has the final say. Instructions from the ship's crew, and especially the captain, must be strictly followed. Failure to do so will result in an emergency stop, the costs of which will be borne by the person causing the disturbance.
